Marshall S. Geller
Marshall S. Geller is a cofounder and Senior Managing Director of St. Cloud Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment fund. He has spent more than 40 years in corporate finance and investment banking, including 21 years as Senior Managing Director for Bear, Stearns and Company. He currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of ValueVision Media, Inc., and as a director on the boards of GP Strategies Corporation, 1st Century Bank N.A., Blue Holdings, Inc. and National Holdings Corp. Geller is also a member of the Board of Governors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles.
