SCPIE’s policy provides entity coverage for professional liability claims arising from the delivery of healthcare services. It also includes coverage for facility administrators and all employees who are not healthcare professionals. Coverage may be extended to certain approved healthcare professionals
for an additional premium.
Liability limits up to $5 million per claim and $5 million annual aggregate are available.

Claims for medical expenses incurred by a person injured on the premises.
